The Water Extraction Process
- When our technician arrives onsite, he or she will assess the extent of the water damage with digital moisture meters and infrared thermal imaging cameras
- Next, the technician will extract any standing water and saturated carpets using powerful truck-mounted extraction equipment.
- Depending on the source of the water, drying equipment will be installed to dry out the affected areas.
- The technician will guide you through the drying process. The drying process can take 3-5 days and the technician monitors the drying process regularly during this time.
- At the conclusion of the drying process infrared reports prepared using a thermal imaging camera will be provided upon request. These reports will be your permanent record that the drying process is complete.
